What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy means the use of suggestion to help with a problem, by giving suggestions to the unconscious mind whilst the person is in a more relaxed state than usual.

Non-one can be hypnotised against their will and even when hypnotised a suggestion can be rejected so hypnotherapy is therefore a state of co-operation.

Currently I am able to work with clients using hypnotherapy who have the following issues:

  • Nail Biting
  • Performance Anxiety
  • Simple Phobia
  • Simple Weight Control
  • Smoking
  • Stress Management
The current fee is £20 per half hour session.  It is anticipated that sessions will last about an hour depending on the issue(s) raised.

Please feel free to contact me on 0844 248 4712/0775 350 9811 or by email if you have any further questions or you would like to book an appointment.

Further information on hypnotherapy can be obtained from the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).  I am an associate member of the  Society and abide by it's code of conduct.
